Built 1965 by Pearson Yachts in Rhode Island, this boat has been owned for the last several decades by an accomplished shipwright sailing out of Chatham. Improvements have been beautifully done;  in keeping with the charm and grace of an Alberg design.   

Some of the significant updates include:1998 Yanmar 3GM30 engine now with only 300 hrs, dripless shaft seal. Solar controller, inverter-charger. 12v Refrigeration, new Bomar hatches and new-clear salon port lights. Hull painted three years ago- mirror finish. New 6/4 teak rudder 2016. Schaffer Furler only a couple years old,  running and standing rigging redone, Auto-pilot, electric head, updated holding and discharge. Ultra suede upholstery, custom teak table. Two custom raised panel teak cabin doors, new dodger and aft canvas, wheel steering (cockpit rudder post-tiller available)  Galley and companionway rebuilt. Harken ST winches installed. 2001 North sails. Main restitched 2021. Recent Force 10 propane stove. Freshly bottom paint- properly sanded and applied. No buildup. Manuals for all systems.
